Project SNORE.

Project SNORE (Sleep Needs and Obstacles in Relational and Ecological contexts) is a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with parents of children ages 4–6. The goal is to better understand how individual, family, and broader ecological factors contribute to both good and poor sleep in early childhood.

Project DIARY.

In collaboration with Dr. Alexandra Ehrhardt, Project DIARY (Daily Influences on Adjustment and Regulation in Youth) is a longitudinal daily diary study capturing the transition to adolescence. The project is designed to examine how youths’ social, emotional, and bioregulatory processes unfold at a daily level in response to family and broader socioecological stressors, and how these processes relate to mental health.

Project SWIFT.

Project SWIFT (Socioemotional Wellbeing In Family Ties) is a multi-method, multi-informant study that examines multiple levels of children’s regulatory and response processes—including behavioral, emotional, physiological, and attentional domains—in the context of family threat (e.g., interparental conflict) and investigates how sleep interplays with these systems to shape immediate response strategies.
